Terms of service

These terms cover the use of the OmniDICOM software and this website. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated 31 August 2026

1. What OmniDICOM is, and is not

OmniDICOM is intended for the viewing, review and secondary review of medical images for research and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device, has not been cleared or certified by any regulatory authority, and is not intended for diagnosis, primary interpretation, or clinical decision-making. You are responsible for deciding whether the software is appropriate for your purpose and for complying with the regulations that apply to you.

2. Your licence

3. Trial and expiry

The trial runs the complete Professional feature set for 14 days. After it expires the application keeps opening studies in ten-minute sessions, and images exported or printed under a trial or expired licence carry a watermark.

4. Your data

Studies are opened, rendered and processed on your own machine. We do not receive them. What the software does send is described in the privacy policy; it is limited to what licensing requires and never includes image data or patient information.

5. Availability

A licensed installation keeps working without a network connection for several days at a time, so a licence-server outage does not stop you working. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the website or the licence service.

6. Liability

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any clinical decision made by anyone. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Changes

We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the day you buy or renew. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing here removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim locally where that law allows it.

9. Who you are contracting with

The software is licensed by 옴니다이콤 (OmniDICOM), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea, business registration number 104-43-02097. Reach us at contact@omnidicom.com.

Your purchase is made from Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle's buyer terms govern the sale and the payment; these terms govern your use of the software.
