Refund policy
Refunds
OmniDICOM is sold with a 14-day free trial of the complete Professional feature set, so you can establish that it works for you before any money changes hands.
Last updated 8 September 2026
The trial comes first
You can start with a 14-day trial of full Professional, with no card and no account. Nothing is withheld during it. If OmniDICOM cannot open your studies, cannot talk to your PACS, or does not do what you need, you will know before you buy. If 14 days is not enough to evaluate it — a team pilot, an institutional review — write to us and we will extend it.
If you still want a refund
We will refund a purchase in full, for any reason, within 30 days of the payment date. Write to contact@omnidicom.com from the address you bought with and tell us the order reference. You do not have to give a reason.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing is handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, and usually takes 5–10 business days to appear on a statement.
- The licence is deactivated when the refund is issued.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal takes you by surprise, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, for any reason. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from the link on your receipt.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time; the licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. Cancelling is not the same as a refund — it stops the next payment rather than returning the last one.
What we do not refund
- Periods you have already used, beyond the refund window above.
- Academic licences, which are issued free of charge.
Paddle is the merchant of record. Your purchase is a transaction with Paddle, which handles payment, invoicing and sales tax on our behalf, and their buyer terms apply alongside this policy. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you governs.
